30-day money-back guarantee
Changed your mind? Your cat isn't convinced? You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us and get a refund. This commercial guarantee goes beyond the 14-day legal withdrawal period provided for by Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation).
How do I make a return?
- Contact us through our contact page, stating your order number and the item concerned.
- We'll reply within 48 business hours with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back in its original packaging, complete and in good condition.

Return shipping costs
- Defective, damaged or non-conforming product: return shipping costs are on us. Depending on the case, we may also offer you a replacement or a refund without requiring a return.
- Change of mind: return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the order, within a maximum of 14 days after we receive the return (or after proof of shipment). If you withdraw from the entire order, the original shipping costs (standard rate) are also refunded.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, fountain filters that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned, unless they are defective.
Legal guarantees
Independently of this policy, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
