Data we collect

Order data: name, addresses, email, phone number, products purchased, order history.
Payment data: processed directly by our secure payment providers. We never have access to your full card number.
Browsing data: pages viewed, device, IP address, cookies (see below).
Contact data: messages sent via the contact form or by email.

Purposes and legal bases

Processing and delivering your orders, handling customer service and returns (performance of a contract).
Meeting our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
Preventing fraud and securing the website (legitimate interest).
Sending you our newsletter, offers and cart reminders (consent, or legitimate interest for products similar to those you have already purchased, with the option to unsubscribe at any time).
Measuring audience and serving personalized ads (consent via the cookie banner).

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to authorized persons and to our processors, within the limits of their tasks: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment providers, our logistics partners and suppliers (to ship your packages), our email marketing tool and, if you consent, our audience measurement and advertising partners (Google, Meta, TikTok). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

Retention periods

Customer data: for the duration of the business relationship, then 3 years after the last purchase for marketing purposes.
Accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).
Cookies: 13 months maximum; your consent choice is kept for 6 months.

Cookies

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject or customize non-essential cookies (audience measurement, advertising). Rejecting them does not prevent you from placing an order. You can change your choice at any time.

Your rights
