Where we ship
We ship to the United States and Canada, as well as mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco, with tracked shipping on every order.
Shipping rates
United States
- Free tracked shipping on orders over $49.
- Under $49: $5.95 for tracked shipping.
Canada
- Free tracked shipping on orders over CA$69.
- Under CA$69: CA$7.95 for tracked shipping.
Duties and taxes included: no surprise fees when your package arrives.
The Félicosy Box is currently available in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco only.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed.
- Delivery to the US and Canada: about 7–14 business days after shipping.
- Rechargeable items (interactive ball, cordless fountain, steam brush, interactive owl, LED nail clippers): 12–20 business days, as they travel through a specialized shipping network for batteries.
Our products ship from our logistics partners' warehouses, in Europe or Asia depending on the item. If your order contains several products, it may arrive in several packages, at no extra cost to you.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your package anytime on our Order Tracking page.
Late, lost or damaged package
If your package hasn't arrived 25 business days after shipping, or if it arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll find a solution fast: we'll reship the product or refund you.
Christmas orders
To receive your order before December 24, order by December 1, or by November 25 for rechargeable items. After that, we'll do our very best but can't guarantee delivery before the holidays.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address when you place your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we can fix it as long as the package hasn't shipped yet.
