Where we ship
We ship to the United States and Canada with tracked shipping on every order.
Shipping rates
- Free tracked shipping on orders over $49 (US) / CA$69 (Canada).
- Under that amount: $5.95 (US) / CA$7.95 (Canada) for tracked shipping.
- The Félicosy Box: shipping is always free.
- Import duties handled by us: for US and Canada orders, there are no surprise fees when your package arrives.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed.
- Delivery: about 7–14 business days after shipping.
- Rechargeable items (interactive ball, cordless fountain, steam brush, interactive owl, LED nail clippers): these travel through a specialized shipping network for batteries, so they may take a little longer.
Our products ship from our logistics partners' warehouses, in Europe or Asia depending on the item. If your order contains several products, it may arrive in several packages, at no extra cost to you.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your package anytime on our Order Tracking page.
Late, lost or damaged package
If your package hasn't arrived 25 business days after shipping, or if it arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll find a solution fast: we'll reship the product or refund you.
Christmas orders
Order by December 7 (US) / December 10 (Canada) for delivery before Christmas. After that, we'll do our very best but can't guarantee delivery before the holidays.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address when you place your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we can fix it as long as the package hasn't shipped yet.

Shipping within France
We also ship to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco, with tracked shipping that's free above a minimum order amount and delivery in 7–15 business days on average. Rates for these countries are shown at checkout and on the French version of this page.
